Blackskye Community Radio Association, Inc (BSCRA) provides Waynesboro, PA and surrounding communities access to the General Mobile Radio Service via a repeater located in Waynesboro. The online hub of BSCRA serves as an organizational point for GMRS licensees who want to participate in radio communications for the purposes of daily activities, fellowship, and emergency preparedness.
